Dingocoin (DINGO) — Live Network Data
This node is still syncing from genesis
Our Dingocoin node is in initial block download — verifying the chain block-by-block over the coin’s P2P network, the only way we ingest data. Until verification completes, this page shows sync progress and nothing else: no borrowed explorer numbers, no third-party hashrate, nothing pretending to be our measurement.
Live metrics appear here automatically the moment the node leaves IBD.

What Dingocoin is
Dingocoin forked from Dogecoin 1.14 in July 2021 — the elder of the modern side-coin wave, predating the 2024 revivals by three years — and runs the longest chain in the family, past 2.77 million blocks as of 2026-10-02. Dingocoin Core v1.18.1.1 shipped 2026-05-04.
It is merge-mined under Litecoin parent pools (ViaBTC, F2Pool, EMCD, Mining-Dutch and multipools) with one verified consensus quirk: the node accepts TWO AuxPoW chain IDs — 0x62, the same value as Dogecoin’s own, plus 0x32 — so block attribution can never be keyed on chain ID alone.
Five years of chain history sit unbanked: the public iquidus explorer browses blocks but no one has recorded fee or pool telemetry, and no one can reconstruct it later. BasinTwo’s own node archives the chain forward from 2026-10-02.
FAQ
- What is Dingocoin (DINGO)?
- Dingocoin (DINGO) is a scrypt proof-of-work chain forked from Dogecoin 1.14 in July 2021 — the oldest continuously-mined coin of the modern side-coin wave. It runs 60-second blocks and is merge-mined (AuxPoW) under Litecoin parent pools, accepting two chain IDs (0x62 and 0x32).
- Can you mine Dingocoin directly?
- Not on its own, and you don’t need to: Dingocoin is merge-mined (AuxPoW) under Litecoin parent pools. Point your scrypt machine at a pool that carries DINGO — ViaBTC, F2Pool, EMCD or Mining-Dutch — and it arrives as a kicker on your LTC payouts, for the same hashes you were already doing. Solo AuxPoW setups exist, but pool merged mining is how virtually all DINGO blocks are found. Dingocoin accepts two AuxPoW chain IDs (0x62 and 0x32), so pool-side attribution can never key on chain ID alone.
- Where does this data come from?
- From BasinTwo’s own Dingocoin full node, synced block-by-block from genesis over the coin’s P2P network — no snapshots, no third-party APIs. The page reads the same public JSON feeds anyone can: basintwo.com/api/chain/dingo and basintwo.com/api/nodes/dingo. Our forward archive for this chain began 2026-10-02; indicators that need deeper history say so instead of faking it.
